REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICIES
At HERBIXICA Ayurveda, we honor this rich heritage while seamlessly integrating modern scientific advancements to ensure the efficacy and safety of our products.
Our team have formulated each product to deliver best possible results,
But in case you wish to return the product, kindly reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
1) In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 24hrs from the time of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at support@herbixica.com& kindly attach an image of wrong/damaged/expired product along with the mail.
2) No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 24hrs from the time of delivery of the product.
3) Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.Securely pack the product, including a copy of the purchase receipt and Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and remains in resalable condition. Failing this condition we will not be able to initiate refund/ replacement.
4) Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 10 days.
5) Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Kindly note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
